Delivery must be acknowledged by the recipient on Pet Master’s delivery invoice. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, Pet Master reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee of S$10.

Yes, you can! When your order is placed, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection. Orders via self collection will be prepared the next working day. We will send you a text when your order is ready for collection.

Pet Master accepts payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and PAYNOW, powered by Red Dot Payment.

Pet Master strongly advise customers to check the products received at the time of delivery to avoid any possible disputes. We apologise that refunds cannot be issued during delivery.

Products can only be exchanged under the following circumstances:

  • The Product was delivered in a damaged condition or has passed its expiry date.
  • The Product has a manufacturer defect.
  • The wrong Product was delivered.

Please contact Pet Master within 7 days from the date of delivery for all exchange requests by emailing or calling 6565 6866.

If there are no replacements for the Product, the amount that the Product was purchased at will be refunded. 

In the event that a product ordered is unavailable at the time of order, Pet Master will seek Customer's consent to substitute it with a similar product. The final purchase amount will then be adjusted accordingly for any price difference. However, in the event that no substitution is available, Pet Master will credit accordingly.

You may cancel or amend only if we have not processed your order. Send an email to with subject header “Order Cancellation” or “Order Amendment”. Please include your Order ID in your email message. We will do our best to cancel/amend your order on time.

If the new amount total is less than the original, there will not be any refund. For any additional costs after amendments, customer can choose either bank transfer before delivery or cash on delivery.

We can help you reset your password. Send an email to with subject header “Reset Password” and we will do our best to reset as soon as possible.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 days. 

Orders that are received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be scheduled for delivery on the next earliest available business day.

If we expect delivery to take longer than the usual 5 days due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you via your mobile phone. Kindly provide a reachable mobile number when you place your order.

For orders from $35, we’ll do FREE delivery!

For orders below $35, we’ll only charge a flat fee of $10 (except for Sentosa and Jurong Island).

For Sentosa and Jurong Island:
For orders over $200, we’ll do FREE delivery!
For orders below $200, we’ll charge a $25 flat rate for your order.

Staircase Delivery:

Please note that an additional fee of $5 per floor will apply if there is no lift access at the delivery address from 3rd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. Please pay the fee directly to the delivery crew.

At this time, we only deliver within Singapore except for Changi Airport. We do not deliver to Changi Airport.

Nope! If you're not home, our drivers will leave it at your door or with your door man. If you prefer other arrangements, kindly leave us a note when you check out your cart.
