How much to spend in order to enjoy free delivery?
Free Delivery for orders S$38 and above. If your order is below $38, there will be a delivery charge of S$10 which will be added to your order at the time of check out.
For Sentosa and Jurong island, the minimum order must be $100 to enjoy free delivery. For orders below S$100, you will be charged a delivery fee of S$20.
At this time, we only ship within Singapore.
How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Pet Master will usually deliver within 4 working days from the date your order is received unless the item is out of stock at the time of order. Our delivery hours are from 1pm - 8pm (there is no morning delivery). Our deliveries are limited to within Singapore only.
Pet Master will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS or call to inform you of the delivery date and time frame. The time frame is assigned base on area.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we do deliveries everyday.
Will there be additional charges for re-delivery?
Delivery must be acknowledged by the recipient on Pet Master’s delivery invoice. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, Pet Master reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee of S$10.
I haven't received my items. Who can I contact?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I collect my items personally at PetMaster's office?
Yes, you can! When your order is placed, we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection. Orders via self collection will be prepared the next working day. We will send you a text when your order is ready for collection.
What are the payment modes?
Pet Master uses PayPal, an online payment service which supports major credit cards (eg. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). PayPal offers a fast, safe and easy mode of payment without disclosing your credit/debit card information to us.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Pet Master strongly advise customers to check the products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. There is no refund upon delivery.
However, customer can do exchange for products order only under the following circumstances:
The Product is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date.
The Product has a manufacturer’s defect.
The wrong Product is delivered.
Customer are required to contact Pet Master within 7 days from date of delivery for any exchange. You can either email to email@example.com or call 65656866.
In the event if there is no replacement for that product ordered, Pet Master will refund the amount.
Will I get a refund if the items is out of stock?
In the event that a product ordered is unavailable at the time of order, Pet Master will seek Customer's consent to substitute it with a similar product. The final purchase amount will then be adjusted accordingly for any price difference. However, in the event that no substitution is available, Pet Master will credit adjust accordingly.
Can I amend or cancel my orders?You may cancel or amend only if we have not processed your order. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject header “Order Cancellation” or “Order Amendment”. Please include your Order ID in your email message. We will do our best to cancel/amend your order on time.
Should the new total up be less than the original total, there will not be any refund. Should there be additional cost after amendments, customer can either choose to bank transfer before delivery or cash on delivery.
