HOW TO JOIN

Receive 3% rebate for purchases made both online and at our store.

e.g. if you spend $100 at Pet Master, you will earn 3 points (3% of $100)

Accumulated points can be used to off-set purchases at our retail store

Spend more than $60 at our retail store(in a single receipt) to become a Pet Master Member.
5% off all purchases on your birthday month (only valid at our retail store).
Members are identified by mobile number.
Points can be earned from both online and retail store purchases.
Earned points have no expiry date.
Redemption of points is only available for in-store purchases.
Points can be used to offset the purchase of any product and service with the exception of wet food and litter.
To enjoy birthday discount privilege, members are also required to present their NRIC to show birthday month at our retail store.
Redemption cannot be made during Pet Master sales events.
