The added red lentil is an excellent source of minerals and fibre, while lemna provides essential omega-3 fatty acids. Spirulina is rich in minerals and amino acids, which play an important role in metabolism. Blueberries and thyme provide necessary antioxidants to protect the cells from the effects of ageing and also help maintain proper metabolism.
