Bought my adorable Cavachon 3 months old puppy from Pet Master Bedok. Went looking around many pet shops across Singapore but decided to purchase here due to two main reasons, of course the Cavachon was so cute but a big portion of the decision making was also how Ann make my family feel welcome and comfortable when discussing on the breed we should go for.
She is knowledgable and share alot on how to train, care and managing a new Cavachon puppy even before we decided to go with the male. She was frank about the male we selected as He is going to be slightly bigger than the siblings at the shop. It happens to be what my daughter was looking out for, a mid size dog that she could hug vs a minature.
Ann also taught us how to care for the puppy without having to spend lots on unnecessary stuff and was spot on regarding what a Vet will ask us to put our puppy on while a safer alternative is available from Pet master. Brought our puppy to the vet in the evening after collection while also reading up online. Ann was accurate on her recommendation on Do and Dont. Thanks and happy to have gotten our Cavachon from the outlet.

This is a great place to bring your dog for shopping! I am a new dog owner and always need advise on food and accessories for my maltipoo. The staff here at Pet Master @ Bedok are very warm, accommodating, and helpful! The team composed of Francis, Janet, Ann, and Wai Ling, are very accommodating and would provide us with any advise needed and are very patient with us. We've been to other stores, but we always come back here to shop and buy because it's such a pleasurable experience being in this shop with the welcoming touch of the staff! Thank you, Pet Master!
